ELHY electrical hydraulic lifters are used to actuate industrial equipment requiring a mechanical force action of the linear path (block brakes, platforms, containers, valves). Exterior parts including terminal block are aluminum castings.
The drive unit consists of a built-in three-phase asynchronous motor actuating a propeller of a hydraulic pump. Reverse of device after disconnection from the network is secured by gravity of operated device or by embedded springs. The speed of the lifting rod may vary slightly by adjusting screw located below the pouring hole at the top of the cap (tightening will slow things down) or continuous deceleration by control valves (H - lifting, S - Starter, D - throttle).
Regulatory/shock absorber spring (R spring) on the head of the lifting rod is mounted to bounce aperiodic brake damping. (Special application: controlled braking). ELHY INSTRUCTION MANUAL
